Sunset Power

Pink Possibilities

Each day dawns new and fresh, dewed with possibilities, but some days grow into thorny patches of difficulty. On those days the road is rough, the winds are fierce, the ground is hard, the sun is hot. But still we straighten our stems, we pull up strength from our roots, we use the depths to anchor us as we sharpen our own thorns to battle the day. We work hard and, if we can, we look pretty, but that is not always guaranteed. What is pretty and powerful and pink with possibilities is the inner strength to go on and on. To flower at sunset and burst open with seed, with new life and ideas…with pink possibilities.

If your day is not ideal, please remember, at the end of it will be a sunset that you can pull power from. It will always come, and you will always benefit from it. Many weed blessings to all!

Please come back tomorrow for a new “Weed Image of the Day” and let me know which ones you like.

We and our weeds are so much more than what we first appear to be.
