I am patient. I am kind. I am smart. I am waiting. I feel the sun’s warm promise of goodness and so I am expectant as I hold my place in line, showing devotion, compassion and loyalty, quietly standing out and happily standing proud. I feel sweet.
When life asks that you sacrifice something, it offers in return a reward more lofty, but it does not make promises or spell out the details. All good weeds know that to receive the goodness they must take a leap of faith and then be ready to bloom at the exact right moment.
Leap! Act! Strike boldly! Always remain at the ready! Bloom!
Today was a day of taking chances and of being receptive to what life offered up in return. There are lessons, always lessons in every step. And so I continue on, one foot ahead of the other.
