Bed Head

The two pretty weed girls were best friends, and because they were always together and looked so much alike, most people thought they were sisters. They often shared the ribbons and barrettes they wore in their hair, pretending to be a happy pair of twins. They’d just been invited to their first slumber party and both girls were over-the-top excited! After a full night of games and stories, candy and giggles, the two best friends finally fell asleep. In the morning, they looked askance at each other. The slumber party had been massively fun, but in the daylight of the morning, neither girl looked her best. “What happened in the night?” they both thought. The urge to brush their teeth, wash their face and comb their hair was very strong. But they had to wait until their parents came, so until that time came, they let loose some more giggles, tousled each other’s unruly mane, and ran off for sugary cereal and more play.
