Swirly

A Commotion of Motion

Swirling dervishes, dizzying dandies, swaying beatniks, this is a concert of motion all orchestrated by weeds. I want to get lost in this wave of weeds, immerse myself in the grainy life forces of stems and seeds and flowers. Oh, the fun you could have, were you a bee flying through a maze such as this! I’d race and swerve and go upside down at the last millisecond, as if I were a space age pilot in a thrilling chase scene from Star Wars. Best not to hit any of the moving targets, lest you spin out of control and open your eyes to a swirling whirling kaleidoscope of weeds.

Although, sometimes it is good to get lost.

Please come back tomorrow for a new “Weed Image of the Day” and let me know which ones you like.

We and our weeds are so much more than what we first appear to be.
