The Party

Togetherness!

“All those seeking fun, come to the party!” The weeds gathered together, crowding closer for a piece of the fun. With every variety of weed seeking happiness, all differences fell away as they welcomed each other to the party in high spirits. Some had felt a bit intimidated before arriving, but soon all were relieved of their feelings of shyness because the acceptance of friendship rained down upon them, leaving dewdrops of understanding that connected them – weed to weed to weed. New friendships were formed, new insights were gained, and good will was spread. The weeds soon discovered that by exposing themselves to new people and new experiences, a greater force of togetherness was created by the outpouring of humor and kindness from all. At this weed party they all raised their hands in celebration, some clapping, some dancing, and some swimming and splashing in love. All weeds reveled in the beauty and gifts of the special moments of the event. Hearts quickened and joy leapt in gratitude as kindness spread from one to another. All have joys, all have struggles, but in accepting one another with grace, these weeds learned that the sun would shine stronger weeds everywhere if they opened up their hearts to each other.

Cheers to parties, and partiers everywhere! Thank you weeds, for the lessons in friendship learned today.

Please come back tomorrow for a new “Weed Image of the Day” and let me know which ones you like.

We and our weeds are so much more than what we first appear to be.
