Hello Friend!

Hello friend. I needed to see you today. I needed to hear your voice. I needed a ray of sunshine, and a smile and there you are; beaming at me. Thank you! My mind had been filled with shouts of confusing thoughts and I needed your presence to quiet them. I think it’s working.

Now, here we are, you and I. One of us is in the shade, and one of us is shining brightly. We are different, and yet so much the same. We are partners and a team. We are stronger together. I am better with you beside me, even if you are with me in my thoughts.

Sometimes I need to be reminded that we all are stronger when we love another, so I am very glad the sun came out from the clouds and lit you up for me to see. Until I saw you, I did not even realize I was searching for you. I did not even think I’d lost you. But I had.

But oh, now. Peace. Hope. Faith. Those have all been restored. Aaaah. I’m smiling again.
