The hardships of the day fade away into soft fuzzy, elusive shadows when we sleep. And some days we cannot rouse ourselves from that drowsy feeling, the one that makes us move in slow motion, disconnected from the interactions of the day, set apart to be an observer but not a participant. Today for me and this weed, it is that kind of day. A fuzzy, warm drowsy day.
Please forgive me if I cannot shake off the sleepy feeling too soon. It is a sweet delicious feeling and I have no strong desire to bid it farewell. Instead I shall preserve the dreamy moment and wish it to stay. For it is not often we find a day in which we are free to nap!
Sweet dreams, weed lovers!
Please come back tomorrow for a new “Weed Image of the Day” and let me know which ones you like.
We and our weeds are so much more than what we first appear to be.
