The day called out, a hint suggested softly at first, and then with more energy and repeatedly so that it became hard to ignore. “There are things to be done, jobs to be tackled, pollen to be gathered.” A day of work is so rewarding, so beautiful and so “right”. Being focused, finding yourself click into productive mode and moving from task to task with a drive to conquer the sleepy state of the sloth are sweet nectar to me, and to every bee. This busy weed bee cared not that I tarried to observe his industriousness, indeed he reminded me by his singleminded pursuit of pollen, to push on, leave him be, and reap the rewards of work done by mine own hands. Thank you weed bee!
Please come back tomorrow for a new “Weed Image of the Day” and let me know which ones you like.
We and our weeds are so much more than what we first appear to be.

Thank you Aina, for stopping by! Think how much we’d get done if only we could stay as busy as bees! Although, I rather enjoy daydreaming quite a lot. : )
