We stand tall, at the ready. We are brave. We know not what will befall us, what will approach, but we stand our ground. Such is our mission, our life on the front line. We will be strong, dig in, and look to each other and our leaders for guidance. We will put our faith in a higher power, and we will not falter. We will not turn away, we will face what comes at us and we will be stronger because of it. We hold up our flag, our colors, and thus we hold up our brothers and keep our spirits and our dreams free. We stand in formation for others and for ourselves.
Thank you patriotic weeds, for reminding me of the price of freedom.
