I Hum, Therefore I Am

Busy

Busy

I hum, therefore I am. I buzz, I work, I think, I act, I live, I breathe, I matter. I feel best when busy and lost in work or pleasure – and many times, they are the same thing. I think I can appreciate the life philosophy of a bee. Stay ever busy buzzing from flower to flower, always working to fulfill the mission. Only with hard work will you will attain happiness.

So many jokes are shared about Mondays and most of them paint this day as a downer. But Monday is one of my favorite days! On this first day of getting back to work, the world opens up optimistically with an “anything is possible” attitude. My list of tasks is written out fresh and hopefully, and I have the whole week ahead of me, open with potential. None of the goals have been unmet or the tasks found too difficult, or the doors closed. They are all there challenging me to do my best and therefore believing in me.

Thankfully I regenerate every week, even every day. My “to do” list may never quite shrink down to the size I imagine, but at least my ambition makes me eager to try and try again!

Please come back tomorrow for a new “Weed Image of the Day” and let me know which ones you like.

We and our weeds are so much more than what we first appear to be.
